medium Walla Walla sweet onions, chopped finely |

large cloves garlic, finely minced |

10 ounce cans of chicken broth |

12 ounce cans Hunt’s tomato sauce |

Tablespoons Gebhardt chili powder |

Tablespoons ground cumin |

teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce |

Sauté beef in skillet. Put beef into your favorite chili pot and simmer with onions and garlic broth for 11/2 hours. Keep your hands off and leave the lid on! |

Add the Hunt’s Tomato Sauce, Gebhardt Chili Powder and the ground cumin. Stir. Fifteen minutes before serving time, take the lid off. Add the Tabasco. Replace the lid and simmer for another 15 minutes. Add salt to taste. This will serve 6 to 8 hungry varmints. |
