This web page presents the content of the Great Chili Cookbook. This cookbook was published in 1992 by the The National Kidney Foundation of Michigan. I must have purchased it at one of the chili cookoffs I attended at that time. I was going through some old books and came across it. Rather than just throw it in the trash, I thought I would preserve it electronically. I underestimated the amount of work required to scan, OCR, format, and convert it for the web! It's a tribute to the chili cookoffs attended by me, my friend Frank Klancnik, and our families. And of course, to Smoke in the Hole Chili! Here is a facsimile of this cookbook: Great Chili Cookbook |
